FEES AND COVERAGE
Currently, homeopathic and Bowen services are not covered by OHIP. However, most extended health insurance plans now include full or partial coverage for homeopathy. Inquire with your employer about your coverage. If you /your spouse are not covered, please inform me and I will give you a letter to be submitted to your insurance company requesting inclusion of homeopathic services coverage in your policy. Supplements or remedies with a drug identification number (DIN) are reimbursed by some extended health insurance plans

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
- Missed appointment fee (less than 24 hour notice)
- First appointment missed: 50% of the full cost of the appointment
- Any subsequent appointments missed: 100% of the full cost of the appointment
- NSF cheques: $35
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF VISIT
